Ive been working hard and writing a new ebook called calm the fuck down

i have read many many stress books in over the years due to my huge anxiety problems

some were good some were shit, the thing i hate is the way they write them, treating the readers like idiots

so ive decided to write one with great practical information that i learned from my experience and from going to experts, but making it fun for my readers

Get you into massive debt

Awesome comment from article in the Sydney Morning Herald

“This is just a symptom of the divide and conquer ideology of the central planners of the western world.

Break down the family unit and increase reliance on the state for your every need.

Did people foolishly and naively believe the economic and social policies of the last decade and more were anything but leading to such situations?

Get you into massive debt, keep you working longer and longer hours, keep you dependent on the state to keep your life together.

How many of you are even awake to it all? I doubt any more than a minority view. Modern feudalism and social engineering at it’s finest.

Now stop complaining and get back to work, you don’t have time for a social life or complaining you peasants!

“FACT NUMBER 2. You don’t need everyone to like you.

This stuff is crazy, I know, but it’s cool, you’ll get used to it. Here’s the next thing: not only do most people not know that you exist, and some are judging you, but it totally does not matter even if they are.

How liberating this is may not even hit you yet, but it will. Check this out: when people don’t like you, nothing actually happens”

Good Website

“Infectious multitasking is on the increase. If you’re attempting to eat breakfast and floss at the same time, or if you take phone calls during your meditation practice, you could be in trouble. Are you trying to exercise and sleep simultaneously?  These are the tell-tale signs of a debilitating medical condition known as gettingthingsdoneitis.  Studies have shown that rushing is a direct cause of rudeness, blunder, and mishap”

Status Anxiety

Status Anxiety

Another great book i recommend

This is a book about an almost universal anxiety that rarely gets mentioned directly: an anxiety about what others think of us; about whether we’re judged a success or a failure, a winner or a loser. This is a book about status anxiety.

We care about our status for a simple reason: because most people tend to be nice to us according to the amount of status we have (it is no coincidence that the first question we tend to be asked by new acquaintances is ‘ What do you do?’). With the help of philosophers, artists and writers, the book examines the origins of status anxiety (ranging from the consequences of the French Revolution to our secret dismay at the success of our friends), before revealing ingenious ways in which people have learnt to overcome their worries in their search for happiness. It aims not only to be entertaining, but wise and helpful as well.

HOW TO BE FREE

How to be Free - Paperback signed Edition

Another book i highly recommend

From Tom Hodgkinson, editor of the Idler, comes How To Be Free, a joyful blueprint for modern living.  Drawing on the French existentialists, British punks, the U.S. beats, hippies and yippies, medieval thinkers, anarchists and 1970′s back-to-the-landers Tom shows that consumer society has led not to a widening of freedoms but to the opposite and that the key to a free life is to stop consuming and start producing.  Read How To Be Free and learn how to throw off the shackles of anxiety, bureaucracy, debt, governments, housework, moaning, pain, poverty, ugliness, waste and much else besides.  Are you ready to be free?
